Sherry Verostko-Slazak, ANP-BC has been a primary care provider treating adult patients for over 25 years. In 2018, she opened an independent integrative medical practice incorporating nutrition, dietary supplements, and herbal remedies with traditional medicine.
As a Certified Natural Health Professional, Sherry provides a holistic approach to patient healing focusing on the mind, body, and spirit, tapping into the benefits provided by aromatherapy, homeopathy, and flower essence.
She has been certified by New York as a Medical Marijuana Certification Provider since launching Advanced Integrative Care.
Sherry has practiced in a variety of settings including private practice, hospitals, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and in-home patient care and has an extensive background in pain management, geriatrics and palliative care .
